Mineski Global Launches Enhanced Quest Rewards App, Partners with My-Checkpoints to Provide Unparalleled Employee Engagement Platform

Singapore-based esports company Mineski Global, in collaboration with the Hong Kong-based company, has officially announced their rebranding of award-winning solution My-Checkpoints as Quest Rewards, an employee engagement and gamification platform designed to enhance the work environment of today’s highly competitive BPO industry by incorporating fun, interactive quests and rewards into the workplace.

“We are delighted to unveil to BPO companies across the globe the strengthened Quest Rewards App, which integrates features from My-Checkpoints, the cloud-based software and the Quest Rewards mobile app. The revamped gamification solution aims to elevate the rewards and recognition scheme with two new valuable features: a mobile application and a smart vending machine. The Quest Rewards app engages users by enabling employees to earn ‘qoins’ or QR gems by taking on special quests, ranging from performance-focused tasks such as achieving sales targets, participating in seasonal campaigns, and completing training courses, and participating in social activities like awarding others with badges, dressing up their avatars, reacting to and commenting on posts such as company photos, videos, employee achievements, etc.

Through the in-app purchasing feature, users can utilize their qoins or QR gems to unlock a great variety of rewards, including virtual rewards like badges and avatar assets, intangible company rewards like shift schedule preferences or special certification courses, and even real- world rewards such as cinema tickets, gadgets, clothing, and company-branded items, among others. These could vary depending on the benefits that a company would like to offer to its employees.

“As an added value to the gamification solution, businesses can leverage Quest Rewards’ fully customizable, smart vending machine, where employees can redeem their rewards in real-time using QR gems. By simply scanning the app on the 22’ inch LED monitor, they can select the item that they wish to receive. This feature is especially convenient for BPO companies whose employees have limited breaks, and would want to claim rewards immediately,” said Estrella.

Brands looking to expand their reach can also promote their products as employee rewards through the platform.

With customization reigning supreme in gamification, Quest Rewards provides businesses with an opportunity to tailor the design and content precisely to the users. Doing so will bolster employee participation while generating a shift in attitude toward work and training.

To ensure proper management of Quest Rewards, a designated team from the company will be given access to the content management system (CMS). The CMS is dedicated to managing employees’ profiles, setting up quests, and distributing qoins based on leaderboards, making it easier to track and analyze the performance of each employee.

“Measuring gamification success is crucial to fostering sustainability with the platform. Quest Rewards houses extensive data analytics, enabling companies to gain insights on behavioral analysis, employee morale, performance engagement, etc. Combining these with the company’s information on the cost, the QR team can determine an actual return on investment for the clients,” Estrella asserted.

In a study conducted by one of its clients, results showed that My-Checkpoints helped to improve their primary metrics, namely customer satisfaction by 6% points, and sales growth by 21%, beating out their competition in ranking and even reducing attrition from 150% to 70%.
