With the success of the HONOR 90 5G, HONOR Philippines is set to continue disrupting and dominating the smartphone industry by launching not one but three new models this coming September 26.
Confirm to arrive on September 26 is the new HONOR 90 Lite, HONOR X5 Plus, and HONOR X6a. You can watch the livestream event on HONOR’s official Facebook page.
In the meantime, we’re giving you a first look at the latest HONOR 90 Lite.
Unboxing
The packaging box for the new HONOR 90 Lite comes in an all-white color. The box is constructed using a thick cardboard-type material and gets a fine matte finish.
There’s no sample image of the phone, but instead, you’ll spot all over the box a HONOR logo and the model’s name in a matte gold color. Then a sticker is placed on one side of the box with the IMEI, company info, certification marks, and a few specs about the unit printed on it.
As you open the top cover of the box, you’ll be instantly greeted with the phone. Then underneath it is a compartment box that holds some of the included accessories.
Taking everything out of the box, you’ll receive the following items:

- SIM Ejector Tool
- USB-A to USB-C Cable
- Charger
- USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Adapter

For now, here’s what you should know
The HONOR 90 Lite has an ultra-slim body having a thickness of 7.48mm and weighs 179 grams making it comfortable to carry along with you for hours.
The HONOR 90 Lite has a 6.7-inch HONOR edgeless display perfect for media consumption providing an immersive experience for watching videos, streaming content, or gaming.
As for performance, It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 5G chipset, 8GB RAM, and a large 256GB storage. The phone offers a 2-day battery life at 4500mAh battery capacity.
The rear camera of the HONOR 90 Lite 5G sports a triple camera setup with the main camera featuring a 100MP lens.
