Walk-in Transactions
M Lhuillier will accommodate and help all walk-in customers to send its parcels and documents to both domestic and international destinations that offers ML Moves service.
Drop off your item at your nearest M Lhuillier branch to take care of the shipping for you through our local courier partners and international destinations via DHL Express.
E-Commerce Solutions
Returns (Shopee) – Once your application for a return/refund is approved, just drop the item off at any M Lhuillier branch. M Lhuillier will send it back for you without having to pay for a shipping fee.
Branch Pick-up (Lazada) – Any Lazada package can be dropped off at any nearest M Lhuillier branch, then have the flexibility to pick it up any time you want.
Sellers Drop-off (Lazada & Shopee) – Selected M Lhuillier branches can be used by selected Lazada and Shopee sellers as drop points of its parcels. Lazada and Shopee couriers will then periodically pick up the batched parcels ready for delivery to the line haul carriers.

Important Reminders
M Lhuillier does not accept packages with dangerous and illegal goods.
For Airspeed, M Lhuillier can only accept packages that can fit in Airspeed pouches, applicable for domestic walk-in transactions.
For J&T Express, M Lhuillier can accept boxes (own packaging) up to 50kg or 1.5 meters on one side. However, for Shopee Sellers Drop-off, Shopee Returns, Lazada Sellers Drop-off and Lazada Branch Pick-up, the company will allow bulky packages up to 20 inches only on either side.
