“I think music in itself is healing. It’s an explosive expression of humanity. It’s something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we’re from, everyone loves music.” The quote comes from Rock & Roll Hall of Fame awardee, five time Grammys winner, American singer-songwriter and composer Billy Joel. This is true as music serves as a therapeutic aid and unites people especially today when mostly the youth experience pain, depression, mental health issues, self-discovering or emotional problems. Sometimes they turn to music to make them calm, relax and the effect helps them to get back again from the problems they are facing.
After its massive first success last February 2019, FOUND Music Festival 2020 aims to be known as a non-denominational and highly experiential movement that seeks to inspire, engage, and motivate. The festival also serves as a platform for secular entities especially among the youth to appreciate music and art.
The press launch was held last November 26 at the 26th Bistro by The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The second round event will happen on February 08, 2020 3:00PM to be held at Filinvest City Events Grounds. This year will feature Christian folk rock band Rend Collective and worship group Citipointe Live, together with local acts such as IV of Spades, The Ransom Collective, and Leanne and Naara.
They’re offering right now some fantastic early bird ticket rate if you buy the tickets now till December 2019. Here’s the price of their regular ticket from Ticketnet:
