Cebu Infrastructures to Drive Value Appreciation in BRIA Homes

Cebu Infrastructures to Drive Value Appreciation in BRIA Homes

The Philippines, being an achipelago, is a group of strikingly beautiful islands, each with a distinct charm as a travel destination and as a place to lay down roots. In the past, the long trips to and around these isles were surely part of their allure; the same factors, however, also served as costly deterrents to their growth and progress. That is, until the current administration pushed its massive Build, Build, Build program, part of which has been primed to benefit the province of Cebu.

With ongoing government infrastructure projects set for completion in the forthcoming months, Cebu is now considered by property developers as a viable location for their projects. Among the first to maximize this positive trend, BRIA Homes has rolled out BRIA Homes Danao and BRIA Condo Mactan, two properties in its portfolio that have optimum potential for future value appreciation.

BRIA projects in Cebu are considered wise options for investment, given the infrastructures and major projects lined up for completion in the area in the forthcoming months.

Red Rosales, President of BRIA Homes, affirms this, saying that choice locations and the support of modern infrastructure drive a higher value to their properties. He cites as an example the aforementioned BRIA developments in Metro Cebu.

BRIA Condo Mactan, a mid-rise condominium in Sudtunggan, Lapu-Lapu City, is smack-dab within Mactan Island, which boasts world-class hotels, resorts, and restaurants—and is just a short trip from the award-winning Mactan-Cebu International Airport,” Rosales says. “Its strategic location and proximity to the soon-to-be-completed Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) puts BRIA Condo Mactan on the radar of prospective investors who are eyeing properties in highly urbanized cities outside Metro-Manila and even Luzon.”

The CCLEX, which is expected to accommodate at least 50,000 vehicles daily, is an 8.5-kilometer expressway that will make road trips faster, safer, and more comfortable for motorists. A 51-meter bridge within the CCLEX will then connect mainland Cebu to Cordova town in Mactan Island, which will help spur economic growth and boost tourism.

To ease the Cebuanos’ daily commute, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) is also working on the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit (CBRT), a system that will be partially operational by the end of 2021 and will be fully completed in early 2023. The Bus Rapid Transit will be fielding 250 buses with at least 21 stations, serving around 60,000 passengers a day.

Cebu has other infrastructure projects in the pipeline, which will contribute to its booming economy and tourism: the 16,000-seat Seaside Arena beside the SM Seaside Complex; the large-scale gaming development called Emerald Bay Mactan, which is conceptualized to be “The Las Vegas of Cebu”; a world-class lifestyle destination to be billed as Cordova’s Sentosa of Cebu; and the ambitious Minglanilla Techno-Business Park reclamation project.

Rosales likewise points out that the slew of transport, business, and leisure infrastructures being built in Cebu has increased the value of units in BRIA Homes Danao and BRIA Condo Mactan, making these not only the ‘homes of choice’ of Filipinos but also an attractive option for property investors.

BRIA Homes shares that transport, business and leisure infrastructures being built in Cebu has increased the value of its units in Danao and Mactan.

While BRIA Condo Mactan offers idyllic condo living—security perks and shared amenities, for instance—to home seekers, it also provides cozy and compact living with its 24-square-meter studio units or a combination of two such units for a more spacious floor layout of 48 square meters.

On the other hand, BRIA Homes Danao features warm and friendly community vibes on top of sports and recreational facilities, 24-hour security, walkable green spaces, and a sustainable eco-friendly lifestyle.

Options include well-designed house-and-lot units such as Elena, a 22-square-meter floor area and 36-square-meter lot area rowhouse or 54-square-meter end unit with dining and living space, and provisions for a bedroom and service area; Bettina, a 44-square-meter floor area and 36-square-meter lot area two-story townhouse with two bedrooms, carport, living and dining spaces, and service area; and Alecza, a 36-square-meter floor area and 81-square-meter lot area single firewall unit with two bedrooms, living and dining spaces, carport, and service area.

Investors who wish to check out BRIA Homes’ Cebu properties may head to the official BRIA website for 360 virtual tours, or inquire online through BRIA’s Facebook page. Online reservation is also an option, via BRIA’s official online reservation page.
