DITO Unveils New Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlans and Home Unli 5G WiFi

Committed to providing an elevated digital lifestyle while ensuring accessibility to all Filipinos, DITO Telecommunity positively disrupted the Philippine telco market as it officially unlocked its newest product offerings- DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlans and DITO Home UNLI 5G WIFI.

According to Evelyn Jimenez, DITO Telecommunity Chief Commercial Officer, the launch of their two new products is a testament to their commitment to empowering all Filipinos and telecommunities, by giving them access to affordable high-speed 5G connectivity.

DITO is also making its presence felt after OpenSignal, an independent mobile analytics company, awarded DITO multiple noteworthy awards in their latest report: Upload Speed Experience, Availability, Excellent Consistent Quality, and Core Consistent Quality. 

DITO even dislodged Smart Communications from the top spot in the Excellent Consistent Quality category after scoring a record-breaking 58.8% versus Smart’s 56.7 %. Moreover, on Core Consistent Quality, DITO soared to a 79.9% rating, knocking-off  Globe Telecom from the top spot who only registered 77.7%  Incidentally, DITO’s  Upload Speed has also risen remarkably, with a score of 5.2Mbps.

At the same time, the Availability Award they received recognized DITO for providing a strong and reliable network connection in various places where people commonly go, allowing users to access DITO’s network and stay connected easily. All these accolades in just their 2nd year of operations is definitely a breakthrough achievement for the people’s fave new telco, DITO Telecommunity.

A POSTPAID PLAN FOR EVERYONE

DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlans, the telco provider’s newest mobile service, gives every Filipino a chance to upgrade to postpaid. Customers can choose from affordable and flexible SIM-Only Plans (with a locked-in period of 6 months) or Handset Plans (with a locked-in period of 24 months). For as low as P588 a month, Filipino customers can enjoy the benefits of DITO Mobile Postpaid, such as generous data allocation, data rollover, UNLI all-net calls & texts, premium handset offerings, and a bonus Prime Video subscription for 12 months.

For Handset Plans, DITO partnered with Samsung for premium and yet affordable phones that customers can choose from.  Samsung Galaxy A02 is free for all plans, Samsung Galaxy A04 is free for FLEXPlan 888 while Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is free for FLEXPlan 1288. Samsung Galaxy S23 is also available with corresponding cash out requisite which can be viewed via this link dito.ph/postpaid/handsets. Other Samsung handsets will also be available soon.

DITO Postpaid plan customers are also entitled to other FLEXible mobile service features such as Advance Pay, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), and Choose Your Number. Advance Pay allows SIM-Only Plan subscribers to make advance payments for their monthly subscription fees with a discount of up to 40%.

It would be good to note as well that customers can easily use Mobile Number Portability (MNP) to carry over and keep their favorite Prepaid or Postpaid number as they switch to DITO Postpaid.  They may also opt to choose their own number or purchase a vanity number for their new DITO postpaid plan. Customers availing of these features must apply for their DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlans via DITO Experience Stores only for proper handling and servicing.

To ensure the convenience of customers, DITO assures a fast and simple application process for their postpaid plans. Interested customers may apply for a DITO Mobile Postpaid FLEXPlan through the DITO APP, DITO Experience Stores, and  Device Retail Partner Stores nationwide (Rulls, MemoExpress, EC Panda). They just need to bring the following: Proof of Identification (at least one valid government ID), Proof of Financial Capacity (For example Certificate of Employment, Credit Card Bill Statement, and the like), Proof of Billing that reflects the Customer’s Address, and a selfie (for applications made via the DITO APP).

WELCOME LAHAT DITO WITH DITO HOME UNLI 5G WIFI

DITO also launched the DITO Home UNLI 5G WIFI, a postpaid broadband subscription that enables subscribers to enjoy top-notch 5G internet speeds at home of up to 500Mbps for only Php 1490 per month. However, early customers who subscribe by October 6, 2023 can enjoy a special introductory offer, paying only Php 745 for the initial six months. 

For the more deliberate user, a data-capped postpaid plan with 200 GB monthly data allocation is also available for only Php 990 per month. With this data-capped plan, leftover data from the previous billing cycle can be carried over to the next billing cycle.

All DITO Home UNLI 5G postpaid plans have a contract term of 24 months, include a free 5G modem/router and a 30-day Prime Video subscription.

DITO Home UNLI 5G also has prepaid offers. For only Php 1,090 per month, customers can enjoy unlimited internet speeds of up to 500Mbps+. Customers can choose a data-capped plan (100 GB data allocation per month) with the same internet speed for only Php 590 monthly. Customers acquiring prepaid offers are required to purchase the DITO Home Starter Kit for Php 7,990, which includes the modem/router.

DITO Home is available in select areas in NCR, Cebu, Laguna, Cavite, and Davao. Interested customers can apply for a DITO Home UNLI 5G subscription by submitting one valid ID and proof of billing to any DITO Experience Store in NCR and Cebu City. Applying for DITO Home UNLI 5G plans may also be done via the DITO website and DITO booths in select communities.
