Aboitiz Construction sealed a deal with Aboitiz Land, the real estate arm of the Aboitiz Group, to conduct site development works for The Villages at Lipa-Meadow Village in LIMA Estate, Batangas.
Set to be completed in June 2024, the 11.7-hectare project will be hiring close to a hundred manpower at peak, mostly local hires if available.
“We are glad to undertake this project for our affiliate Aboitiz Land. Through this, we will be able to strengthen our capabilities in light industries with focus on site development. More importantly, this is aligned with our goal of contributing towards economic growth while helping other businesses to succeed,” said Aboitiz Construction’s Vice President for Business Development Construction Levi Agoncillo.
Once completed, this project will contribute to Aboitiz Land’s commitment to build distinctive and high-quality communities that offer lasting value for its customers and stakeholders.
“We at Aboitiz Land are excited to renew our collaborative efforts with Aboitiz Construction. As part of the Aboitiz Group’s mission to become a techglomerate, we are committed to strengthening the synergies between our companies to drive innovation and growth. We are dedicated to continuing our innovation efforts to lead more Filipinos home by sharing our strengths and resources, with the goal of building a stronger and more sustainable future for the communities we serve,” said Aboitiz Land President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) David Rafael.
Meadow Village is part of The Villages at Lipa, a 49-hectare residential enclave that provides a selection of spacious lot sizes ranging from 250 to 1,500 square meters in total area. This landscape is in accordance with Aboitiz Land’s signature features that aim to put value in both natural and man-made environments.
Since last year, Aboitiz Construction has been a trusted contractor in LIMA Estate for its site development needs. In fact, the firm is handling the industrial expansion of the Estate’s 57-hectare lot at Block 9-2 and land development works for the 72-hectare Tier 1 site. Once completed, these areas will accommodate new locators and generate thousands of job opportunities.
