Singing Cosplayer Hikari will release cover song video of GUMI’s “I want to meet you(I Want to See You / Aitai
Singing Cosplayer Hikari has officialy unveiled and premiere her new Vocaloid cover song video GUMI “I want to meet you(I want to See You / Aitai)” on YouTube last March 30, and interacted with viewers around the world in real time via text chat for the first time.
She has been active in promoting Japanese culture through social media by cosplaying characters from anime, games, Vocaloid, etc. and singing cover songs related to those works.
“I want to meet you(I want to See You / Aitai)” is one of her most favorite songs that she used to listen to every day when she was in junior high school. Also, when she started her career as Singing Cosplayer Hikari,it was the first song she chose as the song she wanted to sing in her pre-production (recording practice). In addition, since the painter of the original illustration video of this song, “Tama”, is her most favorite paiter, she decided to put the original illustration video on top of herself when she was a junior high school student listening to this song, and here is a secondary cover photo movie of her wearing the LucyPop school uniform, which is very popular all over the world, especially in China and Indonesia.

Also, as a YouTuber, in order to work on a wider range of activities, she is challenging new genres such as cooking videos in English as well as cover song videos. Please check this out as well.

She also posts daily themed photos on Facebook, YouTube community, Instagram, and Twitter taken by Hitomi Ando (hair and makeup artist) and Maki Taguchi (photographer), as well as videos with music on TikTok and Story on Facebook and Instagram.

Lastly, she is currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter to raise money for their activities from May. The rewards include her first mini-photo book, which can only be obtained through crowdfunding, and the right to watch a VOD video of her first mini-live on April 29th, the day of her birthday. You can support her activities from 100 yen, so please check it out.
