After the recent successful launch of the X50, leading global brand vivo is set to launch their V20 series as it will come in three variants – the V20 Pro, V20 and V20 SE which is one of their affordable smartphone. The official livestream launch will be on October 23 thru vivo Philippines Facebook page.
For now, we will be sharing with you a first-hand look of the vivo V20 Pro a 5G ready smartphone with an assortment of amazing features.
Box contents revealed
First, the box packaging design of the vivo V20 Pro was very nice, clad in colorful gradient shades of blue with some foil and embossed effect on the logos.

The design stands out
The vivo V20 Pro’s overall design is quite eye-catching. First, it has a rounded corner edge for a comfortable hold; it’s very slim; a textured power button; it weighs at 170g only; and lastly the nice colorful gradient finish effect at the back panel. We got the Sunset Melody for our review but other color variants to choose from are Midnight Jazz and Moonlight Sonata.
Looking at the back panel, it’s made of glass with a matte finish which we quite love because it helps keep those pesky fingerprints off this device. You can also spot a triple camera setup with an LED flash housed in a square type design.
Upfront the V20 pro gets a 6.44-inch beautiful AMOLED display, in-display fingerprint and a dual front camera.
The viewing angles on the display is very good and sharp, I love watching videos and playing online games with this device. The display panel is bright enough to handle outdoors also. Swiping thru the touch display is well responsive and fast.
