As the ‘ber’ months have finally arrived, it’s now the start for the much-awaited Christmas countdown!
SM Supermalls officially kicks off the holiday season last September 16 at the SM Aura in Taguig City as it starts the 100th day countdown launch of Christmas at SM Supermalls.
Even though it’s not yet December, the event was set to the mood and feel of the Christmas spirit. The event was hosted by celebrity Kapamilya Dimples Romana together with the presence of key executives from SM Supermalls COO, Steven T. Tan, AVP for Corporate Communications, Grace Magno and AVP for SM Cares, Carlos Bauzon. Celebrities and influencers who came in to support SM Supermalls holiday campaign are Anthony Jennings, Jeremiah Lisbo, RA Lewisv, Arabella Del Rosario, Eisel Serrano, Aiyana Wagonner, Karl Gabriel, Melizza Jimenez, Kyle Nathaniel Jimenez, Mariane Mirzie Lim, Me-An Clemente and Shy Mariel.
Guests were treated with Christmas songs coming from the Enrico Braza Quartet, next was a chorale group the Mandaluyong Childrens Choir who unveiled this years SM Christmas Jingle plus performing some of the popular Christmas songs like Joy to the World, Carol of the Bells and Sleigh Ride. The last performance made the crowd happy and thrilled as Jose Mari Chan, the man who is the personification of Christmas cheer in the Philippines, sang his famous songs such as Christmas in our Hearts, A Perfect Christmas, and A Christmas Song For You whom he composed it for his lovely wife.
“This Christmas season, friends and families can look forward to bigger and brighter events, installations, and activities at SM, the ‘Home of Family Reunions’, as we continue to light up everyone’s lives in SM malls nationwide,” said SM Supermalls COO Steven Tan.
