With a continued commitment to social responsibility, M Lhuillier has consistently implemented safety protocols in all of its branches in lieu of monitoring the guidelines set by the IATF or the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Covid-19. As part of their ongoing efforts to create a trusted and reliable environment for their customers, they have embraced many adjustments as precautionary measures across its branches. All employees accoutre themselves with complete personal protective equipment such as face masks and sanitizers. Employees have also been given priority in getting themselves vaccinated to also give them added confidence on their day-to-day transactions. As testified by Carol Jane Estarda, M Lhuillier FLA, she feels safe transacting with M Lhuillier branches because “the company provides an alcohol to sanitize both the customers’ and the employees’ hands, before and after the transaction. I always wear a mask and follow the safety measures to prevent CoVid infections.”

Temperature checks and hand sanitization of colleagues and customers prior to entering the branch is done. Contact tracing forms are also placed for the customers to fill in to easily retrieve information should there be any necessary cases. Everyone present inside a branch practices safe physical distance. Signages and markings are installed across all areas as further reinforcement. 

Apart from services offered physically at the branches, the ML Wallet app conveniently allows clients to SFH (Send from Home) to avert them from going outside of their homes.
