As we are finding for more information about this new HP model via online, we found out it resembles the look and inherits some of the design from its previous model the ProBook 445 G6 that was launched last 2019. But still we like the overall design, it’s a traditional beauty of making every HP business laptop that’s elegant, premium and durable.
The cover and the chassis has a nice silver aluminum finish color made of a solid durable plastic material and aside from the sophisticated look it is less to get fingerprints marks on it. This device has passed 19 MIL-STD 810H tests that guarantees users a level of toughness for this business laptop to resist shock from all faces, edges and corners.

But based from our experience, we used this device during our test to handle our online work such as web browsing, posting on wordpress, a few Microsoft office task and a little social media posting which can get us almost half of the day doing the said jobs on a full charge. If you ought to dim the display a bit, you can extend more use with the laptop even longer.
Battery on the laptop drains a bit faster when assigned for entertainment use such as watching movies or games especially if your display is set at full brightness.
Charging the laptop after 10 minutes from a 0% battery gave us a 14% increase already. Then after 30 minutes we have a 41% additional increase on the battery. It took us almost 2 hours to get back to full capacity.
We found out that this laptop has an HP Fast Charge feature that will get up to 50% increase in its battery life for just 30 minutes of charging. So checking on with our charging test above we can conclude that the feature works.
