This month, POCO is set to unveil another addition to the lineup, the base variant, POCO F7.

Luckily, we got our hands on the new POCO F7, and this phone comes with its own advantages over its top-tier siblings. It offers a unique design and standout features that make it worth considering, especially at a more accessible price point for those who want an F7 Series device but can’t stretch for the flagship models.

So, let’s unbox and take a first look at the new core features of the POCO F7.

Unboxing

The POCO F7 arrives in a straightforward, minimalist packaging that reflects the brand’s emphasis on simplicity and function. Made from thick cardboard, the top cover has a matte black finish, while the inner tray box comes in matte yellow – instantly recognizable as part of POCO’s signature style and colors.

There are no flashy images of the phone or graphics, just the POCO branding and model name cleanly printed on the box.

Upon opening, you’ll first encounter a separate compartment box that neatly stores the essential accessories. Just beneath it, the POCO F7 unit and the remaining items are securely placed. Everything is arranged and organized for a pleasant unboxing experience.

It is powered with the latest top-end chipset from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. It is paired with 12GB of RAM and a spacious 512GB storage capacity.

You also get a dual-camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with OIS for sharper, more stable shots and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.

Powering the POCO F7 is a massive 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W HyperCharge fast charging, offering quick power boosts anytime you need them.
