Phone repair on wheels: Samsung’s Galaxy TechVan goes nationwide

Samsung continues to stay true to its commitment in providing the best customer satisfaction through its Galaxy TechVan. Since its maiden journey last year, the Galaxy TechVan has aimed to roam around the country to provide assistance to Samsung Mobile users.  Just recently, it has expanded its fleet and added a second unit to traverse within the VisMin regions.  The Galaxy TechVan is slated to travel within Luzon in the next coming days making mobile repair services more accessible.

Samsung’s Galaxy TechVan boasts state-of-the-art mobile repair equipment that redefines the future of phone repair. It can handle basic to complex repair services for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and accessories. Not only that, the TechVan also offers a 30% discount on parts, and a host of free services such as labor, cleaning, software upgrade, and optimizations.

“We only want the best for our clients. And with that, we thought of a way to make Samsung Customer Service more accessible even for the ones outside the metro,” says Samsung PR and Corporate Marketing Head Marlene Cinco-Caballes. “Also, we want to show them that Samsung is truly an innovative leader, not just with products, but with service and caring for customers,” she adds.

The newly added TechVan kicked off its inaugural VisMin journey during this year’s Kadayawan Festival and will continue throughout the month of September in and around Davao City.

Meanwhile, the TechVan catering Luzon region will be at the Peñafrancia festival from September 7 to 13, 2022 by Backdraft pizza, Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City, Bicol.

“Samsung Galaxy TechVan aims to reach more Galaxy customers nationwide and will continue its operations in cases of lockdowns, calamities, and other scenarios where customers will not be able to visit physical service centers,” Caballes ends.
