The eSIM upgrade is available for Globe Prepaid customers via the GlobeOne app, which features an eSIM-compatibility check to ensure users’ devices are ready for the upgrade. The app offers seamless download and installation once purchased. The upgrade costs just Php 99
To upgrade your physical SIM to an eSIM, simply go to the GlobeOne app, click on SIM Hub > Change SIM > eSIM and follow the on-screen instructions on your device.
