Last May 2017, the Philippines celebrates its first ever National Eye Care Awareness Month through Eyes Mo, Care Mo.. This is a pioneer campaign that gives importance to awareness and proper education on eye health, healthy vision, and eye care.
A series of events and activities happened during the whole month to reach out to Filipinos through fun and engaging activities that will educate and inform everyone on the basics of eye care. The kick-off event of EYE MO, CARE MO happened in SM City Clark last May 11, 2017 and was joined by thousands. Families, kids, students, professionals and even BPO agents enjoyed the game booths, freebies and goodies, eye care tips and free eye-check-up in the event venues.

Different groups and organization from all sectors of the society also come together to support this national event including health & medical organizations, women’s and youth organizations, college organizations, BPOs and other associations.
