ExtraHop Names Sylvia Go APJ Channel Director to Boost Regional Channel Growth

ExtraHop, the leader in cloud-native network intelligence, today announced the appointment of Sylvia Go as Assistant Vice President, Channel, Asia Pacific and Japan. In this role, Sylvia will help further enable channel partners to profitably deliver ExtraHop best-of-breed security and IT performance solutions and services to enterprise customers throughout the region.

Based in Singapore, Go joins ExtraHop with a strong sales and channel background. With more than ten years of experience in the IT industry, her expertise and leadership skills have been instrumental in driving sales and expanding vendor reach in the APJ region.

She is now tasked with accelerating the company’s high-performing regional channel sales strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and developing innovative strategies and programs to drive growth.

Kenneth Chen, Vice President Asia Pacific and Japan, ExtraHop, said, “The consumption of network detection and response (NDR) solutions across both enterprise and public sectors has increased substantially in recent years. As we forge ahead to meet our next phase of investment and growth, it is paramount we reinforce our commitment by deepening synergy with our existing channel and partner ecosystem. Sylvia Go comes with a track record of building strategic channel development across this diverse region. I am thrilled to have her join the APJ leadership team to develop and harness our channel-first strategy.”

Prior to joining ExtraHop, Go held channel manager positions at both Tufin and Check Point Software. She was recognised by the Tufin President Club Award 2022 and the Best CAM award by Check Point Software Singapore in 2020, a testament to her extensive expertise and proven ability to deliver results.

“As organisations look to further improve their security postures, NDR has gained significant traction. I’m excited to join ExtraHop at this pivotal moment, as key partners in the region look to incorporate solutions that provide greater visibility into what is going on in the network,” added Go. “I look forward to building upon the success in the region and ensuring partners have the necessary support, enablement, and tools to harness the power of the network and elevate their security defenses.”
