At Couchbase, Fisher will be responsible for the company’s overall go-to-market and expansion efforts to capitalize on the large database market as demand for Couchbase’s enterprise-class multicloud NoSQL database grows in Asia Pacific and Japan.
As an accomplished business leader in Asia, Fisher brings to Couchbase deep experience with established technology companies, enabling focused growth, as well as a strong track record in leading partner, customer advocacy and engagement teams in the fields of enterprise applications and security. At Couchbase, Fisher will take the lead on scaling operations to meet the demands of the market.

In addition to his experience in high growth technology companies, Fisher spent nearly six years as regional sales leader at SAP, as well as in strategic Asia Pacific leadership roles at Sybase, Sophos, Deep Instinct and Kinetica.
