Celebrate a Christmas like no other at Araneta City

Celebrate a Christmas like no other at Araneta City

Christmas is finally here! And you know what that means? More opportunities to spend some quality time with friends and family while bonding over some truly delightful activities!

We know a perfect destination for you and those you value most! Because just in time for the Yuletide season, the City of Firsts has transformed itself into a Holiday destination right at the very heart of the metro.

Here are some of the things you’ll see, enjoy, and experience this Holiday season at Araneta City:

Relive the joys of Christmas at the Mini Fiesta Carnival

Reminisce about the good ole’ days during the Holiday break and make new memories at the Mini Fiesta Carnival. With an entrance fee of just P50 (with free food or drink), you can harken back to the days of the legendary Fiesta Carnival with rides like the Carousel, Boat Pool, Jurassic Adventures, and so much more.

After an afternoon at the Mini Fiesta Carnival, have your fill of some of your favorite dishes and snack items at the Food Park. You have a wide selection of delicious dishes inspired by different cuisines from all over the world. And to make your feast a bit more picturesque, you can share a meal under the famous Giant Christmas Tree of Araneta City.

The Mini Fiesta Carnival is open daily from 2PM to 11PM.

Appreciate the true story of Christmas at the Grand COD

Another highlight of the Filipino Christmas is spending an evening watching the Grand Christmas on Display (COD) that has been a fixture at the City of Firsts since our youth. This year, COD is once again featuring life-sized animatronic puppets that tell the marvelous tale of the Nativity.

The Grand COD is also located inside the Mini Fiesta Carnival. The Grand COD show runs daily from 6PM to 11PM until January 8, 2023.

Watch the night sky light up in festive colors

The Grand Fireworks Display has been a beloved Holiday tradition at the City of Firsts, and this year, we will once again light up the night in different hues in celebration of the Yuletide Season. The Grand Fireworks Display happens all Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays of December at exactly 7PM. To get the best view of the fireworks display, you can watch it from the Mini Fiesta Carnival.

Do some last-minute holiday decor shopping

Aside from partaking in all the aforementioned fun activities, you can also squeeze in a bit of last-minute holiday decor shopping. Whether you’re searching for Holiday baubles, glittery tinsel, a grand Christmas tree, or the traditional parol, you can find it at the Parolan located in Farmers Garden. Get some excellent deals on various Christmas decor and ephemera now because Parolan will only be open until December 31.

Enjoy many Christmas surprises from the City of Firsts

There are yet more things to enjoy at Araneta City during the Holidays! Get a chance to meet with Santa Claus and share with him your wish for the Holidays as a meet and greet will be held with Old Saint Nick during all Saturdays and Sundays of December. The meet and greet will take place at the Gateway Mall at 3PM and at Farmers Plaza at 5PM.

Kids who love mascots can get their selfies with their favorite characters during the Mascot Parade happening every Sunday of December at 4PM. It will be at the Gateway Mall and Farmers Plaza on December 11 and 25, and it will be at Ali Mall on December 18.

Fill your Holidays with magic and glee as the City of Firsts brings a Carnival Show especially for you and your loved ones. It will take place at Ali Mall on December 10 and 17 at 3PM.

Meanwhile, Araneta City is completing the traditional Holiday celebration with Chorale Performances happening all over the City of Firsts. These will happen at the Ali Mall Activity Area every Friday of December at 2PM.

Enjoy a Christmas like no other only at the City of Firsts this December! Don’t forget to bring your family, friends, and loved ones to make the Holidays more special!
