In its commitment to offer an avenue to discuss industry advancements and pressing issues, Ardent Networks, Inc. had organized IMPACT: Ardent Networks IT Summit 2017, last May 17, 2017. Ardent Networks, Inc., the country’s leading distributor of Enterprises Solutions Technology in the country, is an offshoot of the Enterprise Solution Group of Lamco International Inc. It is a 100% Filipino-owned company and is the recognized leading distributor of global technology partners namely Cisco, Avaya, Vertiv, among many others.
IMPACT started midday of May 17, and had gathered industry stalwarts to discuss the industry’s latest trends and most recent developments. These recognized experts graciously shared their knowledge and vision for the current issues and truly promising future of the industry through various talks and topics throughout the afternoon.
After the successful event in the afternoon, the event was capped off by a C-level session in the evening. It started out with a year-on-year overview for the company-in-focus, Ardent Networks, Inc., by no less than Mr. Ricky Lopez of Ardent himself. It was followed by a very engaging talk by DICT Asec Allan Cabanlong on the government’s Cybersecurity Plan. The crowd was further indulged by a discussion on Innovative Solutions and Cybersecurity by Mr. Moshe Ashkenazi.
A lovely dinner was served, along with an acoustic group performance, as the event turned to lighter yet engaging topics on Sales/Leadership by Mr. Jonathan Petalver, while Ms. Alodia Gosiengfiao gave a talk on a topic truly close to her heart – Creativity and Innovation. The night truly gave a holistic experience to participants with raffle prizes and more acoustic performance.
